High-end metal drill 36,5 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, NWKc, with very good heat resistance, designed for drilling holes of 36,5 mm diameter in hard hard-to-machine materials. It is a Morse taper drill bit for unalloyed steel, metals, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and plastics. The drill bit is produced by the rolling method, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 345, from modern high-speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to the properties of this steel, the drills are distinguished by increased hardness, toughness and wear resistance. In addition, the drill blades are extremely resistant to harsh processing conditions. They are rarely subject to breakage, chipping, cracking and other mechanical damage. The 36.5 metal drills offered in our store have a Morse taper, strong ground cutting edges, as well as spiral grooves for chip removal. They are suitable for machining P1.2 class materials - P1.3. They can be used on conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
