Description

Professional reboring machine for plain nuts, according to DIN 333 A. NWRc type of reboring, nominal diameter 10 mm, recess angle 60 degrees. Drillers of this type have special spiral grooves for quick removal of excess cut material and two cutting blades with an angle of 118 degrees. Pre-drilling made with them facilitates drilling proper. They are particularly useful when holes need to be drilled on sloping surfaces. The advantage of pre-drilling is also to minimize the effect of blade run-out in the initial phase of drilling. The pre-drills offered in our store are made by the grinding method, entirely from special high-grade HSS. This is a specialized tool steel characterized by increased cutting parameters.
