Professional M24 x3 HSS threading dies, metric round M24. Designed for amateur and professional work. It can be used for manual and machine threading. It is designed for cutting external threads - metric, ordinary. Die of this type sold in our store are in accordance with DIN 22 568, type NHMa, the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Complete thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - 1.75P nut. Die are made of modern high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This specialized grade of steel is mainly used for the production of professional cutting tools used in large manufacturing plants. Undoubtedly, the biggest advantage of this type of tools is their high resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. Die made of HSS are resistant to high temperatures arising during high-speed threading (up to 600 degrees C). In addition, they are also resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping), which significantly extends the period of their use and reduces the overall cost of machining.
