Drill 40 mm on Morse taper with a fin
Professional metal drill 40 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, in accordance with DIN 345, type NWkc. The drill is manufactured in accordance with the latest technologies, from high-alloyed HSS (High Speed Steel). It has a diameter of 40 mm, spiral grooves for removing excess material from the drilled hole, strong cutting edges as well as two central blades with an angle of 118 degrees. The blades of the 40 metal drill are resistant to harsh working conditions, as well as resistant to any mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping). The HSS drill is distinguished by very good heat resistance, as well as the ability to drill hard and hard-to-machine materials, even at very high speeds. The drill is suitable for drilling holes in parts made of P1.2 class materials - P1.3. It is recommended for conventional and numerical computer-controlled machine tools - CNC. The drill 40 is designed for drilling holes in steel and cast steel. It can work in full material and with a previously made smaller hole. Thanks to its precise design, the drill makes holes with good geometry, both in terms of alignment and roughness of the hole. The tool also has a Morse taper with a fin, which makes it suitable for use in vertical drills, milling machines and lathes. Thanks to the Morse fin, the drill bit does not rotate in the sleeve during heavy load.
