Drill 83 mm on Morse taper with a fin
High-quality metal drill 83 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, with a nominal diameter of 83 mm, made in accordance with the dimensional standard NWKc, DIN 345. It is designed for drilling holes in materials zalized to categories P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, sheet metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics). Metal 83 drills of this type are suitable for processing on conventional drills, lathes, milling machines and CNC numerical control machine tools. The NWKc drills we offer have 2 central blades and appropriately shaped spiral grooves, whose task is to efficiently remove chips from the drilled hole. The drills are made by rolling method from special HSS (High Speed Steel), which increases the cutting properties of the drills. Thanks to it, the drills are harder and more durable, and can withstand very heavy cutting conditions. Their advantage is also increased resistance to any mechanical damage.
