Wysokiej jakości gwintownik maszynowy M10 skrętny nieprzelotowy o krótki nakroju (2-3 zwój) - posiada rowki wiórowe skrętne z chwytem wzmocnionym do gwintów metrycznych zwykłych typ M10 mm. It is made in accordance with DIN 371, type C (2-3 P)-for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chip. It is manufactured from special hardened cobalt HSSE high-speed steel - with 5% cobalt. This unique material significantly increases the strength of the M10 torsion machine tapping tool to withstand harsh cutting conditions, thereby reducing the risk of blade damage when machining hard and hard-to-machine materials. The risk of breaking, cracking, breaking out, chipping, dulling decreases to a minimum. It can be used to thread parts made of very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel. The threader we offer also increases machining efficiency and shortens threading time. Its use allows you to make better use of the workstations you have and thus be able to increase production, without having to increase working time.
