Threading tools
Tools for manual and machine threading
Taps are multi-tools designed for making internal threads in pre-prepared holes. Threading looks like screwing a screw into a hole, where the cutting blades shape the thread to be machined. We offer manual threaders as well as machine threaders. For machine machining, we use one tapping machine for through-holes or blind holes with a full thread range.

Thread Turning
Thread milling
For manual machining, we use a set of threaders that consists of: a ripper and a finisher, or three: a ripper, an intermediate and a finisher. They produce a correct thread in two or three passes. Taps are available with or without coating and in different variations of the nut. Currently, machine taps come in two nutations: B and C, where the C nut is divided into two types.
The B nut is a straight nut designed for through holes. This nut has a notch at the beginning of the tapping, so that the chips created during cutting are pushed down the hole. The C nut is a straight short nut designed for through-holes and blind holes. It has straight chip grooves where the chips created during cutting are collected. Torsion C nut is a short torsion nut used for machining through holes. It has torsional chip grooves, by means of which chips are guided up the hole.
Tools for external threads
Round-shaped countersinks are multi-shank tools designed to cut threads on the outside of a workpiece. We divide them according to their shape, circular shaped dies are currently produced, but you can also find hexagonal or square shaped dies. The atypical shaped dies are used in the construction or automotive industry. We also dividearzynki by the type of thread it makes into : inch-pipe dies, metric dies, Whitworth dies, fine-coil dies, PG dies and unified dies. Metric button dies are available in two types: plain dies with the letter M and metric fine-coil dies MF, and they have a 60-degree tip angle. Metric dies are defined by the German DIN 22 568 standard, while dies for inch threads have the DIN ISO 228 standard. They are produced from high-quality HSS and HSSE high-speed steel by the Fanar company from Ciechanow.
How thread turning works
Thread turning produces external and internal threads with the help of thread turning knives, which come in two types. The advantage of turning threads is that it is possible to turn threads of any diameter with a single insert of a given pitch or their range. With a thread turning insert that has a pitch of P = 1 mm, we have the ability to turn M10x1, M25x1, M100x1 and M10x1 threads.
The best choice as for turning knives designed for threads is the indexable insert knife. Their construction consists of a square section shank and a slot for a specific VHM insert such as: 27, 22, 16 i 11.
there are three methods for turning threads: radial direction, alternate direction and lateral direction . The former is the most commonly used method for machining threads. It is possible to make threads with a pitch of less than P 1.5 mm as well as when cutting trapezoidal threads. The load is low, however, the blades are consumed asymmetrically.
Milling involves the loss of material during which a thread profile is formed. Milling differs from threading in that it has a given pitch and can be used to make any thread diameter.
