Professionalmetal drill 16 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, designed for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class, such as unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, brass, bronze and hard plastics. The offered drills comply with the dimensional standard DIN 345, type NWKc, and have a cutting edge with an angle of 118 degrees, 2 central blades and specially ground cutting edges resistant to the impact of lateral forces. The 16 NWKc metal drills are manufactured by rolling method from special high-speed tool steel HSS (High Speed Steel). They are suitable for conventional drills, lathes, milling machines and also for CNC (computerized numerical control) machine tools. The HSS drills offered in our store allow you to increase cutting efficiency and improve drilling precision. In addition, HSS drills have higher resistance of blades to harsh working conditions. The drill blades are resistant to mechanical damage, which significantly extends the period of their use.
