Milling inserts
Milling inserts are otherwise known as cutting inserts for folding milling tools. They are made of tungsten carbide, which is characterized by very high hardness, wear resistance and high resistance to high temperatures. These features make tungsten carbide cutting inserts a very good cutting material for the cutting tips of rotary tools such as folding mills, milling heads, folding countersinks, as well as monolithic tools such as carbide milling cutters or ghost milling cutters. They are often called multi-cutting inserts because they have multiple cutting corners with a minimum of 1 and most often two cutting edges.
