Right of Withdrawal – How You Can Cancel Your Purchase
1. If you are making a private purchase and entering into a distance contract – that is, you are buying products from our online store outside of a physical store – you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract and return your purchase.
The rules described in this section apply only in such a case.
2. You can submit a return – i.e., withdraw from the contract – within 30 days of receiving the product (either you or a person you designate, other than the carrier). You do not need to provide a reason.
Pack the product you are returning, include a signed withdrawal statement or the return form provided by us, and send it to the following address:

3. You can submit your withdrawal statement:
- via the form on our website www.artykulytechniczne.pl – we recommend this method;
- via e-mail to: biuro@artykulytechniczne.pl;
4. You cannot return the product and withdraw from the contract if:
a. we have fully performed a service with your consent and informed you before starting that once completed, you will lose the right to withdraw from the contract (e.g., tools with calibration certificates);
b. you purchased a product customized to your individual specifications or tailored to your specific needs (custom-made tools);
5. Products showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
6. Please send the returned product to us as soon as possible – within 30 days of notifying us about the return. When you withdraw from a sales contract, you also withdraw from any supplementary contracts related to it.
7. If you withdraw from the contract without providing a reason (within 30 days), you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us.
Complaints – How You Can Submit Them
1. If you purchase products from us, you have the right to file a complaint.
2. You may submit a complaint under the warranty for conformity of goods with the contract in any form.
We recommend submitting it via the form on our website www.artykulytechniczne.pl. This will help us process your request faster.
3. If you submit a complaint using our website form, please wait for a message from us with further instructions.
Once we accept your complaint, we will send you an email with instructions on the next steps.
4. You can send the product under complaint to:

5. Once we review your complaint, we will notify you by phone or email.
6. We will send the repaired or replaced product to the address you provided.
7. If you are a business customer, we mutually agree to exclude our liability under the warranty for conformity (including hidden defects). This clause does not apply to private purchases.
8. If you are making a private purchase, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution methods. You can:
- file a complaint through the EU ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=EN). Please include our email address: biuro@artykulytechniczne.pl in the form,
- submit an application to the Trade Inspection (www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq595).
