Modern metal drill 37,8 mm with Morse taper shank for steel,NWKc, complying with the dimensional standard DIN 345, with a section of 37,8 mm, designed for industrial use. It has specific geometric features that allow for greater drilling efficiency and also greater working comfort. Special spiral grooves make it easier to remove chips from the hole, and strong ground cutting edges increase resistance to impact and side forces. The 37.8 metal drill bits are produced by rolling method from modern HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to it, they are characterized by above-average resistance to harsh cutting conditions, greater hardness, durability and resistance to potential blade damage. The HSS drill bit in question is designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in parts made of hard unalloyed steels, metals, plastics, nonferrous metals and metal alloys. It is suitable for various types of conventional and numerical computer-controlled machine tools.
