High qualitymetal drill 17 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, in accordance with DIN 345. It is a drill with Morse taper, with a working diameter of 17 mm. It has an apex angle of 118 degrees, strong ground cutting edges and also special spiral grooves for the removal of chips from the hole. The drills we offer are made entirely by the rolling method from modern high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a material that enables the drilling of through-holes and blind holes with high precision, as well as allowing high machining efficiency and the ability to work in very harsh conditions. Thanks to the high properties of high-speed steel, the drills can be used for drilling holes in parts made of metals, unalloyed (carbon) steels, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics. The 17 HSS metal drill bits we offer allow precise processing of even very hard materials, while minimizing the risk of blade damage. The drills can be used for drilling machines, milling machines, lathes and computer numerical tered machine tools.
