The offered threaders are made by Fanar Ciechanow, Narex from the Czech Republic and Fra from Serbia. In our offer we have metric machine threaders, ordinary as well as fine-coil, inch threaders G, unified American UNC and fine-coil UNF, Whitowrtha such as BSW and BSF as well as metric trapezoidal threaders. High-performance machine taps are produced in two versions of the threading pattern: the C ( straight taps) or torsion and the B straight taps. The C straight blank is designed for both through-holes and blind holes, which is why this blank is often called universal machine taps. The C torsion nut is designed for blind holes, the torsion chip grooves lead the chips up the hole. The B nut is suitable for tapping through holes. The notch, which is located at the beginning of the tapping tool, breaks the chip and pushes it down the hole.
Metric machine taps are tools that have a thread dimension measured in metric units [mm]. They come in M regular metric threads and MF fine metric threads. Metric machine taps have an outline angle of 60 degrees and come in standard sizes from M3 to M52. With ordinary metric taps, the pitch is not specified, only when the thread is fine thread. Metric taps come in dimensional versions with a thinner through shank DIN 376 - then we speak of a through machine tapping, and DIN 374 and also a thicker shank DIN 371.
Inch G machine taps occur according to DIN 5156, which is a standard with a neck thinner than the working part, which makes it possible to thread deep holes. They have a thread angle of 55 degrees and are measured in units of inches ( 1 inch-25.4 mm). Another inch machine threaders are UNC and UNF unified machine threaders. These are typical American taps, their fine-twist variety is used in thin-walled connections where there is no room for too much thread depth.
Construction of a classic machine tapping machine
Machine taps are already produced mainly from cobalt high-speed steel HSSE ( 5% cobalt content ) and most often then the taps have the Inox mark. The Inox mark informs about the possibility of machining threads in materials such as steel, stainless steel and cast iron. All these materials should not have a higher tensile strength like Rm=800 Mpa. Other taps that are used for HSSE-PM powder steel taps and VHM solid carbide taps.
