High-qualitymetal drill 17,5 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, designed for professional drilling of through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as unalloyed steel, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass, thermoplastics. The NWKc drills we offer have 2 ground central blades, a 118-degree tip angle and spiral grooves for chip removal from the creation. They make precision axial holes along their entire length. The drills are suitable for conventional machine tools such as milling machines, drilling machines and lathes, as well as for modern CNC computer-controlled machine tools. The 17.5 metal dr ills are manufactured by rolling method from modern HSS high-speed steel characterized by increased strength to withstand harsh working conditions, as well as increased cutting performance. They can be used for high-speed drilling, during which very high temperatures are generated. As a result, it is possible to reduce working time and make more rational use of the workstations. The drills are resistant to thermal shock, and their strong cutting edges are insensitive to impacts and lateral forces.
