Drill 24,75 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, manufactured by rolling method from modern high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel) according to the dimensional standard DIN 345. Thanks to this steel, the drills allow drilling with very high accuracy, as well as allowing high efficiency of processing, even in very harsh conditions (even at temperatures up to 600 degrees C). The 24.75 HSS metal drill bits can be used for drilling holes in parts made of metals, unalloyed steels, thermoplastics, non-ferrous metals and metal alloys. The drill has 2 center blades, chip grooves that allow for efficient upward chip evacuation, and the correspondingly strong and ground cutting edges are insensitive to impact and lateral forces. In addition, the Morse fin drills we offer allow high precision drilling, even of very hard materials, with little risk of damage to the blade (breakage, cracking).
