Drill 10,75 mm on Morse taper with a fin

Modern metal drill 10,75 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, according to DIN 345, type NWKc. It is designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in parts made of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. These are m.in. carbon steels, automatic steels, metals, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals and others. The drill has a Morse taper shank, a tip angle of 118 degrees and two sine cutting edges. The special geometry of the blade allows for high drilling efficiency, increased precision, as well as better chip removal up the drilled hole. The 10.75 metal drill bits offered in our store are manufactured by rolling method from special molybdenum HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel with improved cutting properties, including increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. As a result, it is possible to machine at higher speeds, during which high temperatures are generated. The blades can withstand temperatures of up to 600 degrees C, and are therefore resistant to fracture, cracking, chipping and other mechanical damage.
