Machine tapping M3 Inox for stainless steel
Professional M3 straight through machine taps - for general purpose through holes with reinforced shank for machine cutting of M3 mm metric ordinary threads, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. C-type tapping nut - for threading various lengths of through holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips.
It is made in accordance with DIN 371 from special cobalt HSSE tool steel. This is a unique material, allowing a significant expansion of the catalog of available materials for machining. These include very hard and hard-to-machine alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, drawn and gray cast iron, cast steel, metal alloys, metal sinters and others. The advantage of the M3 Inox machine thread er is also the ability to achieve high machining efficiency. Compared with other threaders of a similar class, the offered threader allows to significantly reduce machining time, better use of the workstation, and thus significantly reduce machining costs. The coated threader also guarantees high cutting quality and high resistance to possible damage during machining.
