Modern NWRc drill bit designed for professional production of ordinary nuts with a diameter of 4 mm, in accordance with DIN 333 A. Such nuts (pre-drills) are necessary to guide the drill before the actual drilling of the hole. Making pre-drills reduces the run-out of the drill bit at the beginning of drilling. The pre-drills we offer have special chip grooves, which are used to quickly drain excess cut material, which significantly increases the quality and comfort of machining. The drill bits in question are manufactured from modern high-grade HSS high-speed steel. This is a material characterized by enhanced mechanical properties and improved composition. The use of this steel increases the productivity and quality of machining. High-speed steel also increases the strength of the tools to withstand harsh machining conditions, and reduces the risk of damage to the blades when cutting very hard and hard-to-machine materials. The drills are designed for machining parts made of P1.2 grade materials - P1.3.
