Countersink with pilot 8x3,3 for metal
Cylindrical countersink8x3,3 HSS, conforming to the dimensional standard DIN 373, with a cylindrical shank, for machining holes 8x3,3 M-4. It is a NWCa type countersink, equipped with a pilot, which centers the tool perfectly in the hole minimizing its descent to the side. Thus, it influences the minimization of vibrations and greater precision in machining. Countersinks in our offer are primarily used for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for other face machining of the hole. They are manufactured from modern HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to its properties, 8x3,3 cylindrical count ersinks are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions, as well as resistant to any mechanical damage. They are suitable for high-performance machining (with increased speed) and at the same time very accurate. The offered cylindrical-face countersinks are designed for cutting parts made of materials classified in categories P1.2 - P1.3. These include carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, copper, aluminum, metal alloys and thermosetting plastics.
