Drill 23,5 cobalt with Morse fin
Modern metal drill 23,5 cobalt drill bit with Morse taper shank for steel, in accordance with DIN 345, twist drill bit with Morse taper shank, section 23,5, manufactured from modern cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. Designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials, such as alloy steels, stainless steels, heat- and acid-resistant steels, cast steel, gray and ductile iron. The 23.5 Morse taper cobalt metal drill bits offered to you are highly resistant to very harsh drilling conditions, including high temperatures - up to 670 degrees C, generated during high-speed cutting. The addition of cobalt 5% (in the composition of HSSE steel) increases the hardness of the drill bit and its durability against abrasion. The increase in cutting efficiency means that machining time is significantly reduced. HSSE drills are resistant to fracture, cracking, chipping and dulling and other mechanical damage. The offered drills are much more durable than conventional tool steel drills. They are recommended for all professional drilling work in large manufacturing plants. They are suitable for drilling machines, lathes, milling machines and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
