Ø17.5 metal drill bit with a straight shank
17.5 mm metal drill bit HSS. Advanced straight shank drill, with a twist design manufactured to the NWKa, DIN 338 dimensional standard. Designed for drilling through holes and blind holes with a diameter of 17.5 mm. The drill has a point angle of 118° and specially ground cutting edges that withstand lateral forces and impacts. Our 17.5 mm metal drill bits feature cutting edges with high resistance to damage, making them more durable. The drills very rarely suffer breakage, cracking, chipping, or other damage. This results from the special HSS (High Speed Steel) used in their manufacture. This exceptional tool steel also allows increased cutting productivity, which is beneficial in large metalworking shops where more efficient use of available workstations is required. The tools can be used on drilling machines, lathes, milling machines, and computer-controlled machine tools.
