High quality NWRc reamer for nuts with a nominal diameter of 2.5 mm. Pre-cutting is used to guide the drill bit during drilling proper. These types of drill bits are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 333 A, and have two cutting blades with an angle of 118 degrees. A special HSS high-speed steel is used in their production. Tools made of this material are much more resistant to harsh processing conditions than tools made of conventional steel of the same composition. The advantage of the drill bits we offer is high resistance to potential damage to the blades when machining hard materials. They are resistant to fractures, cracks, chipping, splitting, breakage and other damages. As a result, drill bits can be operated for a long time, which affects the possibility of reducing the overall cost of machining. The drill bits in our range are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
