Die M16x1 for manual and machine threading
Die M16x1 HSS for threading, metric fine-coil NHDa, for cutting external threads with a diameter of M16x1. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Die they are in accordance with DIN 22 568, and complete thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass - 1.75P nut. This is a tool steel with extremely high cutting properties. First of all, it is possible to significantly increase the efficiency of machining and improve its accuracy. Die made of HSS show high mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. Even under very severe cutting conditions die show high strength, hardness and good toughness. The tools are designed for machining materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3.
