High-quality M90x2 HSS threading dies for threading, round, fine-coil dedicated to both individual customers and large workshops and factories. Type die NHDa, diameter of cut threads M90x2, thread tolerance class 6g. Complete thread cutting is done already in the first working pass, after less than two turns. In our store you will find die fine threads made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a modern high-alloy steel, characterized by enhanced properties. First of all, die from this steel are very resistant to difficult cutting conditions. They allow high-performance threading with increased speed. Die maintain high cutting efficiency even at the resulting high temperature (up to 600 degrees C). Another advantage of the dies is the high resistance of the blades to mechanical damage such as fractures, cracks, chipping, splitting, breaking off.
