M32x2 tool for manual and machine threading

Threading diesM32x2 HSS for threading, fine-coil, NHDa diameter M32x2 designed for external threads cut on parts made of hard materials included in the group P1.2 - P1.3. Thread incision takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - 1.75P cap. The threading dies we offer are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568, using a special high-speed HSS. Its properties allow high-performance and very accurate threading. It is possible to cut at high speeds and at the same time achieve high quality of machined surfaces. Fine threaded inserts from our offer are dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They have been manufactured to increase productivity and to withstand tough cutting conditions. The blades of the toolholders are resistant to mechanical damage, as well as resistant to high temperatures.
