Professional cutting of external threads with a diameter of 32 mm and a fine pitch of 2 mm on large shafts and structural components. M32X2 metric die made of high-speed steel (HSS) hardened to 64 HRC in accordance with DIN 22568, provides durability under intensive industrial conditions. Designed for manufacturing plants, machine shops, and toolrooms machining medium and large steel structures.

Class 6g represents general-purpose accuracy with a clearance fit that allows easy nut installation while maintaining sufficient strength. It is the most common standard in the machinery industry and large structures.
Chamfer the edge of the shaft at 45°, secure the workpiece in a specialized vise or lathe chuck, and position the die perpendicularly. Turn with controlled pressure, regularly reversing half a turn and applying threading lubricant generously.
The tool is designed for threading structural steels with a tensile strength up to 800 MPa, as well as gray cast iron and aluminum alloys. The maximum hardness of the workpiece material should not exceed 40 HRC.
