Die M50x2 for manual and machine threading
Modern M50x2 HSS threading dies, round Bucovice for cutting external, fine threads. The diameter of the cut threads is M50x2, tolerance class 6g, type die NHDa. Proper thread incision takes place already on the first pass die, after less than two turns. The offered tools are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568, from special HSS (High Speed Steel).
This is a steel characterized by greater hardness and durability. This makes it possible to cut very hard materials of the P1.2 - P1.3 class (unalloyed steels, structural steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics). The die fine threads in question allow high-performance threading, at high speeds, during which high temperatures are generated - up to 600 degrees C. Even under such harsh processing conditions, die maintain high mechanical efficiency and resistance to any mechanical damage. The blades of the threading dies are resistant to fracture, chipping, chipping, breaking off and even dulling.
