Die M48x4 for manual and machine threading
Professional M48x4 HSS threading dies, circular for external, fine threads with a nominal diameter of M48x4. Die designed for manual threading (using a special knob) and machine threading. Complete thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass after less than two turns. In our store we have professional die fine threads dedicated to individual customers, large locksmith workshops and manufacturing plants. They are made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel characterized by enhanced cutting properties, high hardness and durability. Thanks to it, die can work under very heavy cutting conditions and high machining speeds. This is due to the retention of hardness and wear resistance at temperatures up to 600 degrees C. Die are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
