This type of tool is in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 and manufactured from special HSS 800 high speed steel. This type of tool steel is characterized by increased cutting parameters, higher strength for harsh working conditions and also wear resistance. The blades of the tooling are resistant to any mechanical damage, such as fractures, cracks, chipping, splitting, breaking off and even dulling. This makes die very durable and allows them to last a long time. They are suitable for threading parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics, as well as other hard materials with ductility equal to or less than 800 MPa.
