Professional thread cutter M80x2 HSS for threading, circular of Polish production, with nominal diameter M80x2 designed for cutting fine threads, where the proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass of the tool, after less than two coils - 1,75P. Tolerance field of made threads - 6g. In our offer we have professional die fine threads made according to the standards of DIN 22 568. For the production of threading dies was used high-grade HSS 800 - High Speed Steel. This is a steel with increased technical parameters. Die hSS steels are more resistant to heavy cutting conditions than tools made of conventional tool steel. They are characterized by increased resistance to abrasion under high temperatures (up to 800 degrees C), as well as resistance to possible mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, splitting, breaking). They are suitable for processing of P1.2 class materials - P1.3.
