Die M17x1 HSS for threading, round type NHDa, designed for fine-coil metric external threads with a nominal diameter of M17x1. The execution of the thread takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two passes - the nut 1,75P. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Die fine threads of this type are produced from modern high speed steel HSS 800 - High Speed Steel. It is a steel that allows machining of materials with strength up to 800 MPa, including unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, hardened plastics. Die they are characterized by much higher hardness and durability than analogous tools made of conventional tool steel. In addition, die in our offer are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping), which affects the possibility of their long-term use.
