Die M30x1 for manual and machine threading
High-quality M30x1 HSS threading dies for threading, circular, NHDa type, designed for cutting fine-coil metric external threads of nominal diameter M30x1. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the proper thread making is done after the first working pass. In our store we have high-end die fine threads produced in accordance with DIN 22 568.For their production we used a special high-speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is an exceptional tool steel, whose good mechanical properties allow for much higher cutting parameters. Proposed to you die are dedicated both for amateur and professional machining in large production plants. Die they are characterized by high resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. Their blades are very hard and durable, as well as resistant to abrasion under high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C).
