Die M52x3 for manual and machine threading
Die M52x3 HSS for threading, round, metric, fine-coil with nominal diameter M52x3. Designed for professional threading, both by hand and machine. Complete thread cutting takes place already in one working pass, after less than 2 coils. The fine threads we offer die are manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS (High Speed Steel). The properties of the steel influence better threading results. First of all, it is possible to machine very hard and hard-to-machine materials falling into the P1.2 - P1.3 class (metals, carbon steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics). The subject die fine-coil dies are designed to increase cutting efficiency and to withstand tough working conditions. The blades of the dies are highly resistant to any mechanical damage, which increases their durability and prolongs their service life. Die designed for professional machining in large manufacturing plants. Their design is in accordance with DIN 22 568.
