Die M52x2 HSS for threading, fine machine round is a multi-cutting tool for cutting external threads. This is a M52x2 uniform threading machine , which means that it makes a thread in one pass, after less than 2 turns, or more precisely 1.75 P, a full thread in 6g tolerance is already made. The working principle of die is to screw it on (like a nut on a bolt) during which the blades die cut the thread. The tool is made of high-grade SW7M high-speed steel from the HSS family. It is possible to use die both in manual and machine processing. An important issue when making threads by hand is the use of toolholders for threading dies, thanks to which the proper execution of the thread is ensured and damage can be avoided die.
