Professional M2x0 ,25 fine-coil HSS thread cutter for threading. Designed for cutting external threads in workpieces made of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (unalloyed steels, automatic steels, metals, hardened plastics, metal alloys). The type die NHDa, the tolerance classes of the threads made are 6g, and the correct thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass - 1.75P nut. Die in our offer are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel) according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Die fine threads of this type can work in very hard conditions and high cutting speeds. They are resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) and the blades of the dies are extremely rarely subject to breakage, cracking, chipping, chipping and other mechanical damage. They are suitable for manual and machine threading.
