High-quality M9x0,5 HSS threading dies, type NHMa, conforming to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Designed for hand and machine threading. Designed for making external, fine threads of M9 diameter. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Offered die M9x0,75 metric are produced from modern high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to the properties of this steel, die are characterized by very high cutting parameters. First of all, they allow high-performance threading, at high speeds. The high temperature created during such threading does not reduce the quality of threading, and also does not cause damage to tools. The metric die in question are resistant to breaking, cracking, abrasion, dulling, chipping and other types of mechanical damage. Die they also allow high precision threading and achieve very good quality of threaded surfaces.
