Professional M70x2 HSS threading dies for threading, round fine thread. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Designed for external threads, it is suitable for hand and machine threading, and complete threading is done in the first working pass. We offer you high quality die M70x2 fine threads produced from modern HSS (High Speed Steel) 800, in accordance with DIN 22 568. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, die are characterized by improved cutting parameters. They maintain high hardness and durability, as well as increased resistance to abrasion under high temperatures. High resistance to all mechanical damage (fracture, chipping, chipping, cracking, as well as dulling) guarantees a long period of trouble-free use. Die they are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials falling into categories P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys).
