Die M64x4 for manual and machine threading

High-quality M64x4 HSS threading dies for threading, circular Polish production, in accordance with DIN 22 458. This is a NHDa type dies, for cutting fine threads M64x4. A complete thread is formed already in the first working pass, with less than two coils - a 1.75P nut. Die is produced entirely from high-quality HSS high-speed steel. This is a unique tool steel characterized by much higher hardness than conventional tool steel. Its use affects the possibility of machining even very hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 - P1.3. class. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, brass, bronze and thermoset plastics.
