Die M28x2 HSS for threading, designed for cutting external metric fine threads of nominal diameter M28x2. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the proper thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass. The nut - 1,75P. Die offered to you in our store are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel) in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. They are characterized by high hardness and resistance to abrasive wear to ensure the durability of the tool under frictional conditions at high pressures. The offered die fine-coil maintains the ability for high-performance machining - at high speed. The blades of the dies are resistant to any mechanical damage resulting from cutting very hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
