Die M42x4 for manual and machine threading
Modern M42x4 HSS fine threading dies, for threading. Designed for fine-coil metric external threads of nominal diameter M42x4. It is dedicated to individual customers and large locksmith workshops. The offered die are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). Their design is in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. They can work under very heavy cutting conditions and at high cutting speeds. This is due to their ability to maintain hardness and wear resistance even at high temperatures reaching up to 600 degrees C. The die fine threads in question are suitable for manual and machine threading. They are designed for machining very hard materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), metal alloys (bronze, brass), hardened plastics.
