Die M8x1 for manual and machine threading
High-quality M8x1 HSS threading dies, type NHDa, designed for cutting fine external threads. It is a Polish product, manufactured in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. The proper execution of the thread takes place already in the first working pass - 1.75P and the tolerance field of the made threads is 6g. For the production of die M8x1 a special high-grade HSS high speed steel was used. Thanks to its properties, the thread cutter is very resistant to harsh cutting conditions and also resistant to any mechanical damage to the blade. Resistance to high temperatures allows you to significantly increase the speed of cutting, and thus better use of your workstations. The advantage of the offered tools is also the possibility of obtaining very good accuracy of machined surfaces.
