Professional M45x1,5 HSS threading dies, round, NHDa type, dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. Designed for manual and machine cutting of external threads, fine threads of nominal diameter M45x1.5. It is suitable for machining materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3. Die intended for cutting threads in parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, aluminum, copper, bronze, brass and thermoplastics. The die fine threads in question are highly resistant to harsh machining conditions. First of all, they have good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. As a result, they can be used for high-performance cutting at increased speeds. The blades of the dies retain their cutting properties and are resistant to any mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping, dulling). This results in a significant increase in the service life of the threading dies, thereby reducing the cost of threading
