High-quality M20x2 HSS threading dies M20x2 for threading, round metric fine-coil, type NHDa. Made of special HSS high-speed steel according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Proper threading is done already in the first working pass after less than two coils, 1,75P nut. Die M20x2 fine threads found in our store are characterized by very high cutting properties. First of all, they are very hard and durable against abrasion, as well as resistant to harsh cutting conditions. In addition, die make it possible to increase machining productivity, reduce machining time and make better use of workstations. Their advantage is also high resistance to any mechanical damage, which allows a significant extension of tool life. Die designed for machining materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class - metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
