M36X1 metric die made of high-speed steel (HSS) hardened to 64 HRC in accordance with DIN 22568 (Deutsches Institut für Normung – German Institute for Standardization), ensures precision in the most demanding industrial applications. Chamfer the edge of the rod at 45°, clamp the component to prevent any vibration, and guide the die perpendicular to the axis. Apply very light pressure, reverse half a turn after each full turn, and lubricate generously with a specialized lubricant.
