High-quality M42x3 thread cutter for cutting external threads of nominal diameter M42x3 HSS for threading. Designed for fine threads. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Proper thread cutting takes place already in the first pass die, nut 1,75P. In our store you can find die fine threads made of special high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel) according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Die made of this steel are very resistant to heavy cutting conditions. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, they exhibit increased resistance to high temperatures resulting from high-speed cutting. Die are made for professional processing of very hard materials of the P1.2 - P1.3. class These are hard unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and hardened plastics. Die offered in our store are resistant to all mechanical damage, including fractures, chipping, cracks and others.
