Die M63x1,5 for manual and machine threading
Die M63x1,5 for threading, fine thread for cutting external right-hand threads, with a nominal diameter of M63x1,5. It can be used for both manual and machine threading. Complete thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two coils, and the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. We offer you die fine threads produced from special high-speed HSS steel. This is a steel characterized by high strength for difficult threading conditions. Made of it die fine threads are resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C), which allows threading at high speeds. This makes it possible to achieve high cutting performance without compromising high threading precession. The machinable surfaces are characterized by high accuracy. The advantage of the dies is also high resistance to potential mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). Die they are suitable for threading materials of class P1.2 - P1.3.
