Proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass (1,75P nut), and the tolerance field of the threads made is 6g. Die fine threads offered to you in our store are suitable for cutting external threads. They were made according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a Polish product that guarantees high cutting parameters. The biggest advantage of the chisels is their high resistance to heavy cutting conditions, including high temperature up to 600 degrees, as well as high hardness, durability and abrasion resistance. Die they are also resistant to any mechanical damage such as fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping of the blade. They also show better cutting performance and are suitable for machining materials in the P1.2 - P1.3 category (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics).
