Die M56x2 for manual and machine threading
High quality M56x2 HSS threading dies, NHDa, for machining fine external threads of nominal diameter M56x2. This is a Polish-made threading machine, made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS (High Speed Steel). The complete execution of the thread takes place already in the first working pass - 1,75P and the tolerance field of the executed threads is 6g. We offer high quality die metric fine threads characterized by above-average cutting properties. Die they are resistant to difficult cutting conditions and at the same time resistant to potential mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, setting off, breaking out). They are characterized by increased resistance to rapid changes in temperature, as well as resistance to high temperatures created during high-speed machining. Their use enables high-performance and highly accurate threading. They are dedicated to individual customers, as well as large industrial plants.
