Die M8x0,75 for manual and machine threading
Modern M8x0,75 HSS threading dies, round NHDa, for cutting external fine threads. The nominal diameter of the threads is M8x0,75 and the tolerance class is 6g. We offer you high quality die fine threads produced in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. For their production, a special high-alloy HSS high-speed steel was used. This is a unique tool steel, the properties of which affect the much higher quality of threading. Above all, the die offered by us allow you to increase cutting efficiency and improve the quality of machined surfaces. They are resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including the high temperature created when threading at high speed. The blades of the thread cutters are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). They are suitable for machining materials of category P1.2 - P1.3.
