High quality M55x1.5 HSS threading dies, round, type NHDa designed for cutting fine external threads of nominal diameter M55x1.5. Designed for professional processing of very hard and hard-to-machine materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. These are mainly unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metals, metal alloys, hardened plastics. Die the fine-coils of this class are dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They are produced in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. The cutting properties of this steel result in better quality of machined surfaces and also the possibility of achieving much higher cutting performance. Die they are also very resistant to harsh machining conditions and resistant to potential mechanical damage (cracks, chipping, breakage, fracture).
