High-quality circular thread cutter M3x0,35 HSS go threading, NHDa, designed for professional cutting of external metric fine threads of nominal diameter M3x0,35. Complete threading is done already after the first pass die, after less than two turns. In our offer we offer you die made according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from a special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a unique tool steel characterized by increased strength to withstand harsh machining conditions, increased hardness and wear resistance even at elevated temperatures up to 600 degrees C. Thanks to these advantages, the offered die fine threads show good mechanical properties and the possibility of high-performance cutting, with increased speed. The blades of the dies are resistant to any mechanical damage, which significantly extends their service life and reduces overall machining costs.
